Union Pacific 4014 stops in Jefferson City Missouri on its 2021 excursion. 4014 is one of 25 Big Boy class steam engines, the largest steam engines ever built, and they were built for the Union Pacific by the American Locomotive Company. The last Big Boy ran in 1959 and in 2014 Union Pacific announced its plans to restore 4014. It was complete in May of 2019 in Cheyenne Wyoming.
