Kasgro Rail Corporation caboose brings up the rear of CSX W995, a high & wide special move of a GE Turbine as it passes through Erie, Pennsylvania on the morning of August 19th. The train is passing by the CSX interchange with Erie's Wabtec-GE Plant, where a Metro North BL20 and a CSX AC4400 both await inbounding for rebuild programs being performed here.
