With the trees still bearing some colour from autumn, Wab794 leaves Masterton northbound with Feilding Steam Rail"s Midwinter Xmas Dinner Express on Sunday, 19 June 2016.

I heard from one of crew, the next day, that they struggled to get the train up the grade going out of Masterton – it must"ve been a pretty good xmas meal that the passengers enjoyed! 😉
