Norfolk & Western J-Class No. 611 works upgrade near Old Fort, N.C., as it prepares its upward climb into the Old Fort loops on the old Southern Railway mainline. The public excursion is en route to Asheville N.C., from Spencer, N.C., as part of a N.C. Transportation Museum excursion.
