Three locomotives from UK are going to Poland.

Three locomotives from UK are going to Poland. Freightliner’s 66530, 66535 and 66537 hauled by Freightliner PL’s 66001 passing by Leszno Górne station. The locomotives were transfered via Channel Tunnel and France to Saarbrücken Rbf in Germany, where 66001 started its job with haulage. This loco-train passed German-Polish border at Forst (Lausitz)/Tuplice no more than two hours before.

The locomotives are moved to Gliwice Newag overhauling workshop, where all three are to be equipped with Polish safety systems and radio. I don’t know if new paint job is planned. March 6, 2016.
