Former PRR Doodlebug #4666 being moved from the Black River and Western Railroad in Ringoes, NJ to the Allentown and Auburn Railroad in Topton, PA. This engine had been in Ringoes since 1975 and hadn"t moved for twenty plus years before this move. Seen here at it"s 25 mph speed restriction west bound in Emmaus, PA led by a high hood. 04/17/2016
